ScreenOps Terms of Service
Effective September 17, 2026 | Version screenops-terms-2026-09-v4 | ScreenOps Product
ScreenOps is provided by Mosari LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms of Service and the End User License Agreement form the terms governing ScreenOps. The End User License Agreement contains the detailed license terms, warranty disclaimers, and liability limits and controls if these documents conflict.
Accounts
Vendor and company staff accounts are for operating a ScreenOps business workspace. Admin accounts are for platform operations. You are responsible for activity under your credentials, for inviting staff appropriately, and for keeping access limited to authorized people.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access other companies' data without authorization, probe or disrupt the platform, or misuse customer portal or integration features. Content and records you store must accurately represent your business operations.
Service changes
We may update features, pricing, and these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Responsible security disclosure
Report suspected vulnerabilities to the contact published at /.well-known/security.txt. Please include the affected URL, reproduction steps, and impact. Test only against accounts and data you own: do not access other companies' records, run denial-of-service or automated bulk scans, or alter or delete data you did not create. We acknowledge reports within 5 business days and will not pursue action against good-faith research that follows this policy.
Operational and customer-care SMS terms
ScreenOps account holders who actively select the optional signup consent box agree that Mosari LLC may send non-marketing operational text messages through ScreenOps about account or billing activity, service activity, support requests, workflow alerts, and security notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or account creation. One-time authentication codes are handled through a separate verification flow.
By actively opting in, you agree that the subscribing screen-service business identified in the disclosure may send optional customer-care text messages about appointments and requested services, including scheduling, technician and job updates, estimates, billing notifications, service follow-ups, and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, and transactional consent does not enroll a recipient in marketing or promotional text messages. Marketing SMS, if offered in the future, will require separate authorization.
Customer-care consent applies only to the subscribing business identified in the disclosure and only to the stated messaging purpose. It is not transferred to Mosari LLC, another ScreenOps business, an affiliate, or any third party for a different messaging purpose.
Reply STOP to an eligible message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact the business identified in the message. An opt-out applies to the mobile number used and may prevent further transactional messages from that business through ScreenOps. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number current and for promptly updating the business if the number is reassigned.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the ScreenOps Privacy Notice linked below for information about messaging service providers and consent records.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel an appointment, requested service, contract, invoice, payment obligation, or other business commitment. Important service information may still be delivered through other permitted channels, including email, telephone, or the customer portal.
Businesses using ScreenOps messaging are responsible for identifying themselves, collecting and preserving legally sufficient consent, sending only messages covered by that consent, honoring quiet hours and opt-out requests, and complying with applicable telecommunications and consumer protection laws. ScreenOps may block delivery when consent is absent, withdrawn, or suppressed, or when company or message-type settings are disabled. See the Privacy Policy mobile messaging section for information about consent records and data handling.
Messaging plans and usage
Standard transactional and customer-care communication functionality may be included with an eligible ScreenOps subscription, subject to reasonable usage controls, technical limits, provider availability, and fair-use protections. Transactional messaging and marketing campaigns are separate message and billing classes.
Bulk, promotional, campaign, and marketing SMS or email may be plan-gated and may require prepaid credits, per-campaign payment, usage charges, or another amount displayed before sending. A higher subscription tier does not provide unlimited campaign use unless expressly stated. ScreenOps may block or delay a campaign when sufficient funds or credits have not been reserved or when consent, suppression, plan, content, provider, or frequency checks fail.
Estimated campaign cost may depend on recipient count, SMS segmentation, MMS use, destination, carrier fees, message type, and provider charges. ScreenOps may reserve the estimate before execution and reconcile actual usage afterward. Account, tenant, recipient, daily, monthly, and velocity limits may be applied to prevent abuse, fraud, compromised-account activity, or excessive provider charges.
Data and privacy
Use of ScreenOps is also subject to the Privacy Policy. This is the authoritative privacy notice for ScreenOps. Company admins are responsible for configuring staff access and customer-facing privacy controls consistent with applicable law and their customer agreements.
